The Executive Chef Laia Pons and Kata Rocks are pleased to introduce two promising lunch menus that embrace the summer season at its award-winning oceanfront Clubhouse.
An exciting culinary journey in an idyllic setting where both the new thai and mediterranean menus incorporate in-season heirloom ingredients, artisan food specialities and regional gastronomy to offer healthy new culinary options.
New signature dishes include Quinoa Salmon Bowl with Avocado; Banana Leaf Wrapped Steamed Sea Bass with Ginger and Kaffir Lime; Nam Tok Nuea with dry chili, grapes, mint, roasted rice powder; Gaeng Phoo – Blue Swimmer Crab Curry with coconut cream, sweet basil and steamed noodles to name just a few.
The new menu also offers numerous Signature vegetarian options such as the Watermelon Rocket Feta Cheese salad with Berries as well as a Caesar Salad with Avocado and Poached Egg.
